Elliott....no love for the super elite private rivalry game today? The private schools that turn their nose to the other lowly privates, that are mere discount retailers in their eyes....get your half off here!

These days, Twitter mostly.
Duluth East 6
Forest Lake 2
Final. Shots 43-17 DE. Easily East's most impressive offensive performance of the season so far.

Greenway 6, Virginia 5. Greenway jumped out to a 3-0, then started to take bad penalties and let Virginia back into the game. Back and forth game with a lot of action. Greenway was without Taylor Lantz who has a shoulder injury.

Welcome to the world of Twitter, where you'll begin with noble intentions, learn to make witty comments in 140 characters, and wind up just trash-talking the Rapids fans.
For scores, start with @FollowThePuck. Doug is pretty relentless about tweeting out score updates on game nights. @hockeyhubscores is also set to tweet out final scores with links to scoresheets as soon as someone enters the final score into the Hub.
Many teams now have their own Twitter accounts now that exclusively tweet about their teams (ex. @HoundsUpdates, @grhshockey, etc.). It can take some time to find the right ones, and sometimes they'll change year to year, but they're out there. In some cases, the teams themselves don't have Twitters, but their school's AD or school in general will have updates...you just have to endure additional tweets about other sports or school activities.
My handle is @KarlEastHockey, though I usually don't tweet scores unless I'm at a game or it's something particularly surprising...I save it more for commentary. Members of the media who cover HS hockey are usually good for a follow, too.Once you've been on it for a bit, you start to see certain other regular commenters who interact with people like Doug and me, and some familiar "faces" from the Forum, too, and you slowly build a network of people to follow.

I'll add some suggestions of who to follow. I agree with everyone listed by Karl. I use twitter almost exclusively to follow high school hockey. Many schools have a twitter account devoted to their hockey team, but some (like edina) just have a sports twitter account that tweets about all their high school sports. Looking at who doug (@followthepuck) follows and choosing the ones that are described as a hockey team twitter account is a good way to find the team accounts. You can look through my followers (@traxler75) as well to see what I've picked for a decent start.
