The first weekly PageStat update has been done for games tbrough last Saturday.

I'm surprised Stillwater is so low, but then again, I don't know where the tie came from!

Since Roseville has a phantom tie as well, it looks like the 5-2 win for Stillwater was recorded as a tie.

Bemidji and GR tied also.

It moved Stillwater from 17th to 13th, 12th in Class AA. The problem is their schedule; you might think it has been strong, but with the exception of LN and BJ, they haven't played anyone with a rating over 18.01. Their average opponents' rating of 17.85 (through last night's games) ranks them 45th in SOS.

I missed a bunch of 11/24 games, so decided to redo the PageStat ratings rather than wait until tomorrow's normal weekly update. The SOS page has been updated as well. Both are complete through last night's games.

Looks about right. If I were seeding them based on what's happened so far, I'd flip East and Marshall.

Surprised to see Eden Prairie take over the #1 spot today. Agree? Not sure, but PageStat doesn't care who agrees with what. The numbers speak. That pounding they put on Cloquet helped those numbers.
Nice to see Greenway move up in the A ratings. It's been too long for a program so rich in tradition.

2AA 19.10
8AA 18.55
6AA 18.50
5AA 17.79
7AA 17.60
3AA 17.43
4AA 17.37
2A 16.95
1AA 16.14
7A 15.63
4A 14.42
6A 14.35
8A 13.21
1A 11.77
5A 11.47
3A 10.77
2AA being at the top doesn't surprise me. 8AA being so high does.

That is the average rating for all the teams from each section, should also look at avegage rating of the top 2 or top 4 teams from each section. 4aa has to be stronger than 3aa, as 3aa will likely send the lowest ranked team to the state this March.
