It depends which East team shows. If the East team that won the first 4 games and and went on the hot streat in mid to late January shows up then the Rapids "Halloween Machine" will have a lot of trouble but if the inconsistent Greyhound team of late shows up then Rapida has a good chance

Of course this is all presuming that the quarterfinals go as seeded, DLH-East defeats a more whole Elk River team than before, AND Rapids can beat whoever comes from the DLH-Marshall v CEC game.
