As a starting point.

i REALLY like both of those...HF deserves a 2 seed right now...but IF they win at Stillwater AND EP loses at edina while Tonka loses at Edina then HF DESERVES #1 and both of these computer polls will reflect that...


But even when EP loses At Edina they will keep the 1 seed soooooo..

EP beats Prior lake in the first semifinal
HF beats down Tonka for the fifth straight time...5-0 all-time vs tonka

HF beats EP on olympic size ice sheet and it will be by 2 goals

Ridingthepine, do not leave out Prior Lake from your discussion of hopefuls. They have a good shot of winning the Section! Food for thought: goalies play a major role in winning playoff hockey games and the Lakers, Skips and Fire all have excellent goaltending. This section will be a battle royal and as good as the opening round of the state tourney!

* I am not discounting HF because of their conference schedule.
* If Tonka and EP both win the rest of their games I am going with Tonka based on last 10 game trend. But, if Tonka loses one game and EP wins both then EP is 2 and Tonka 3.
* Just don't see an argument for PL to move past #4 based on not beating any of the 3 listed above them.
