Nope, that was the roster for the 2015 Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament back in August over in Europe. All but 2 players were 1997's.
The under-18 National team that will be playing in Grand Forks are all 1998's, and the roster can be found:

I thought it was light on Mn kids. Thanks for the correct roster. Obviously the team will be horrible without Minnesota kids. I'm going to protest.

Thanks again for the clarification. They just updated that roster at lunchtime (note the date and time at top of article) because that was not what was posted a couple hours ago. Every one of the players listed this morning were listed as being from the U.S. National Under-18 Team (USHL). This now has few from other teams. Whatever the case might be, I wish USAH would streamline their site a bit better. Rosters always seem to be scattered everywhere. And to note, my link goes right to the 2016 USAH World Jr page, yet if you click on the roster link, it's wrong and does not match the roster Wildcathcky just linked.
