I've been listening to this, it does sound like Cloquet is taking it to them, but it is now 2-1 Delano.

The play-by-play guy almost goes into cardiac arrest every time Cloquet shoots the puck. He makes PA seem like a calm, reserved voice of balanced reason. :D

Delano got a goal late in the first period to lead 2-1 and fended off a 5-minute and 2-minute Power Play from CEC.

CEC just tied the game 2-2 early in the 2nd period, they are controlling this game. It could easily be 4-2 or 5-2.

Delano isn't steamrolling every team in the state by 15 goals? :?: :!: :?: :!:

Delano is taking a lot of penalties, Meyers was called for a High Stick and then Delano also got a bench minor.

If the score holds, does this rival Minnesota vs. Holy Cross?

I lost the audio, but Hub says 3-2 CEC after two, shots 29-17 Jacks.

This Jacks squad has a TON of young talent, and they seem to be adjusting to the varsity game. What's scary is that Esse still has 2/3 of the season to get these kids ready for a playoff run.

Haha, that's funny. The way the announcer is calling the game, it could be. Looking forward to hearing his end of the game call, if the feed works.

Delano has already been proclaimed the best team in the state by some (maybe most) of the members of the bored. For some odd reason I can't get visions of Small Falls and St. Francis out of my head.

Agreed, i'm not so sure they can make a run in their section though, it's pretty tough. Langenbrunner is playing like his pops.

Yes, lot of talent in the sophomore class!! I think a new assistant, who coached this group last two years, has a little bit to do with it too. It's good for that program!

Boy, is it ever good for that program. Sadly, Hibbing's best bantam player moved to Cloquet this year, so the chance to play with Langenbrunner's kids and for Langenbrunner is quite the draw. Rasmussen also moved to Cloquet from Little Falls not that long ago, so the Jacks are attracting talent.

Delano tied it up early in third period and then scored shortly thereafter and now up 4-3. Halonen with 3 goals. Meyers with a goal and 2 assists.

The tides of turned, Delano takes a pair of penalties, gives the lead up 5-4 in favor of CEC 5-4. Three power play goals for CEC.
