Yes and it's hard to keep the string tight because it stretches all the way up 35 from Bloomington to Duluth

Good broadcast!
A few random thoughts.
Last year's state tournament finalists Eden Prairie and Wayzata are both in a mid season or holiday funk. Captains need to step up with the pride and motivational speeches and get after non performers. Coaches need to keep fine tuning combinations and offensive/defensive strategy until they find success. Because , Both teams have many/most of the high-quality roster back from last year . So, let's hope they can put things back together so we can see some more great hockey from both of them
Agree Jax Murray injury situation is critical to Elk. I will just point to the big difference between the jaw dropping elk line performance when they beat eden prairie , compared to when they lost to Stillwater last Friday nite
Don't forget the value of top-quality 90+ save percent returning starting goalies, in the second half and down the stretch . Emphasis on returning. Also, recent returning section final and X tournament experience . You can go thru the top 15 and make your checkmarks on this
I just voted in Elliotts poll for the grand rapids Thawks as the odds on favorite for the state tournament win , whether they played Stillwater or someone else in the final game . Just look at the top AA scoring list so far. Or, look at the returning starting goalie's. Or, look at two of the best D men in the state Or, look at the D1 commitments, both already and expected . Simple to sum it up-they got a bunch of really really good hockey players
