I am pretty sure the #8 seed will beat Prairie Center for the right to lose to the #1 seed..

Will be tough to knock off SCC on their home ice. But it isn't inconceivable. A hot goalie and a team that can score, anything can happen.

I am going to sleep on it for 6 weeks or so, then make my pick.

Wow! Fergus makes this messy! Beat Alex twice and lose to Little Falls twice. If Fergus beats Sartell do they get #2 seed? Is Cathedral locked at 1? Alex has 5 tough games left considering Little Falls is playing better than their 1st meeting, will they win another regular season game this season? Sartell??? They get beat by St. Cloud 0-5 for the 2nd time this year! Can Little Falls repeat last years run? This section is always crazy to follow!

Only 3 losses all year are to the #1-3 state ranked teams.

Even with the #1 seed though, this section playoff is going to be a dog fight all the way around. In a one and done situation...all bets are off with this section.

C33; SCC clearly stands alone at this time. If they stay healthy (key) I would expect them to have a solid showing in St. Paul. With other 6A teams peaking
now (Otters) a bounce here or there and SCC could be sent packing.
It will be a fun race to the end without question in 6A.
