Over an 11 year span this program appeared 6 times at state with a 2nd place finish and a consolation trophy.

Three 2nds only one year where neither was in the final

This seems like it should be Int'l Falls and Roseau from '57-'66, except that in '60 Duluth East won it and St. Paul Washington took 2nd.
