Interesting. Is this common for SSM hockey players to leave for pubic school?

Streeter seems to be from the Minnetonka school district (Deephaven) so he's just returning home instead of paying expensive private school tuition.

There are a couple of things happening here. Streeter showed a lot of promise in his youth days, but Shattuck hasn't exactly worked out for him hockey-wise. As an '01 on the U16 team (only one other '01, the rest were '02) he had 8g-10a--18pts in 57 games. For comparison, the other '01 had 28g-39a--67pts in 54 games. Without seeing him its hard to give a reason for low productivity, but if I had to guess he's looking for a fresh start at a school with 6 of their top 9 forward spots open... that's of course assuming Brink, Bayless, and Lagerback stay, which it seems they will.
On a larger scale, Shattuck is running into an issue at their U18 prep level. A lack of competition. The U18 level is dying as the USHL, NAHL, and other junior leagues are taking the top talent. Players are still going to Shattuck, but look for more to leave as they get to the prep level.

He will be great 2nd or 3rd line addition for Tonka , and who wouldn’t want to have a shot at the state title ?
But not so sure Brinks path is decided yet ?

That’s awesome! I’ve seen a few CEC vs. Minnetonka BantamAA games up north over the last few years.

I have to imagine he will be somewhere in the top 9, though Tonka's 4th line from last year all returns and their JV team was great, so I'd assume a couple guys from there will make the jump. Bantam AA may have had a good season, but I would be surprised if any forwards from that group jump right to full time varsity. Perhaps as the season progresses.
As for Brink, I believe he was a sure return when it was between Minnetonka or Sioux City. Total speculation, but that decision may change depending on if he is invited back to NTDP for the U18 team.

Hendrickson, Henry, Lacomy, Wyers all return. Who are you thinking? Howe? He's listed as a D. Did he play forward?
