Anyone have some insight on A/C? See they beat Blake 5-2 and have a couple of nice wins over Elk River and Champlin Park.

They've kind of underachieved this season considering this group of kids was ranked #1 in bantams for most of the year a few years back. They are inconsistent, one step forward...two steps back. The junior class is pretty good, should be better next year.

They do have some decent wins this year. They've also blown some leads vs Totino and a couple other good NW Suburban conference foes. They seem to play better when their sophomore netminder is between the pipes and he has taken over last half of season.

Their top 5 can hang with most teams in terms of skill....just not deep enough to hang with teams like Blaine, Maple Grove, Totino.

Their top line is also physically huge, which presents a bad matchup for a smaller team like Blake.

More indicative of Elk River being down and Blake being overrated, than the Wings being any good. Wings big and not skilled or deep. A lot of good baseball players on A/C killing time until snow melts.

You should probably look out your front window to see if there are any kids on your lawn to yell at.
