With ALL these schools being closed today, do all games get canceled?

There typically is an exception for playoff games.

I remember back in 2009, there was metro weather, but all the 2AA games were played, except Burnsville & Chaska. Chaska refused to drive out to Burnsville to play the game. They moved the game to the next night, which was a Friday. Burnsville won rather easily, but then had to turn around & play Jefferson the next day. Tied 0-0 after the 1st period, and then Jefferson skated around them like they were stuck in mud. B'Ville had legs of jello playing the back to back.

Saturday could be a mess for 1AA, 1A, and 3A. 3-5 inches of snow with sustained winds of 20-30 mph.

1AA should be fine, games are 11:30am and 2pm, with snow and wind not starting until later in the day.
