George Powers RIP

A ng time coach in South St Paul passed away on Saturday. George Powers passed away at the age of 90. He coached in SSP from about 1965 to 1991. He was involved with the running of the Great 8 Festival at Wakota Arena for many years. He served many years on the SSP Youth Board and the High School Blue Line Club.
I did not know George but anyone that is that dedicated needs recognition.
