Hill is continuing the tradition of going up to Grand Rapids/Greenway on Friday the 18th. I'm thinking they will go to GR and face them first, then head to Greenway to play them and I believe Hibbing (that's how it has been done in the past).

Eastview usually goes to Cloquet and Moorhead before the season starts. Gibbons usually plays everyone equally though. It isn't like a real game situation or anything. Besides that, a couple of their best players are still playing football this year. I don't know what will happen with that.

EV is going to cloquet on the 18 and 19th, have a practice at noon on the 18th...They are looking good this year, just need to step up a little, the seniors need to bring fourth leadership if they want to have a good year. With The Fire Power of Rob Maloney, and the skills of the other players they should have a good team with a lot of returning 1-3 year players...

Buffalo has a scrimmage on November 18th and 19th. One for JV and one for varsity. Varsity has Buffalo, Blaine, Minnetonka, Alexandria, Hopkins, Duluth East, Rosemount, Edina, Wayzata, Chaska and Maple Grove.

Eden Prarie and Centennial come to Moorhead for scrimmages on a Fri and Sat can't remember teh dates thought should be some good preseason hockey, Moorhead and Centennial have gotten a pretty good rivalry going the last couple years and the games are always fun to watch.

Right on, ER. HS can not have an organized practice with coaches present until Nov. 14th. Pretty tough to have tryouts before then. Our tryouts begin on the first day and continue for most of the week.

remember folks, scrimmages have no bearing or meaning as too how good or bad a team is. The idea is to work your team as a team in a game situation. In the past on this board too many people read the wrong ideas into scrimmages....
Let's get ready to rummblllllllleeee.....
________________________________
Academy of Holy Angels
2005 GIRLS STATE CHAMPS!
2002 & 2005 BOYS STATE CHAMPS!!
GO STARS!!
