Weird these two ended up in the 4/5 game . Maple Grove favorite but Andover will keep it close , could win it

Probably the least exciting 4/5 game since the advent. And I mean that not because it might not be a great game, but because they are conference foes who have played twice already. Still pretty amazing to me the results Maple Grove had this year and that garnered a 4 seed. They can play the no respect card. I can't see picking against MG. I'll take them 5-2...

Yeah, great field, but it's disappointing that they ended up with a of couple of tired 3rd time match-ups in the QF, one being a conference match-up. They will likely be great games nonetheless.

Haven’t seen Andover play this year, caught some of the LS v MG game. So this is total gut intuition, but I think this will end up being a boring 4/5 game.

Uhh, please give us a show, young fellas. So far there has been more intrigue off the the ice through two days of quarterfinals.

Andover hanging tough but MG clearly looks like the better team.

Maple Grove is no joke. They can move and shoot the puck. Lots of penalties from both sides. Andover hanging in there but MG a step ahead.

I think Maple Grove is the best team in the state, if they hold on here the EP clash should be a barn burner.

Always good to hear Louie Nanne in the broadcast booth. He's been doing this for over 50 years and his enthusiasm for this tournament is as strong as ever.

On the other hand, I'm missing Mike McGraw. Met him a few years ago at a Duluth East-Lakeville North game & he couldn't have been nicer. Good game commentary too. Hope he's doing well.

Mike recently lost his wife so he is not broadcasting this yeae
