Down goes mighty HTown.... Missing their best player, so not a huge concern IMO.

H-M 2-1 over WBL.

Hill dominated the first period which ended 1-0 WBL.
WBL had the better of play in the 2nd which ended 1-1.
Hill had a little more firepower and managed to get one by (both Hill goals by Godbout).
WBL had a breakaway with about 6 minutes left in the 3rd which was shut down by Erickson.

Good game for both squads. Hill's inability to score enough goals will cost them some games.

Hill came out flying, controlled most of the 1st period but found themselves down 1-0 on a real softy goal Erickson I'm sure wishes he had back. WBL played much better in the 2nd and 3rd periods, mostly matching (and at times outplaying) Hill. WBL had the better chances in this game, or at least better odd-man rushes. WBL had some great opportunities later in the 3rd where Erickson came up with some big saves. Hill was lackluster on the power play tonight. WBL had a 3-on-1 opportunity down a man, and had at least one other odd-man rush during a Hill power play. Godbout with both goals for Hill.
