Would not be surprised by that at all. Hawks have been off the last two two games letting leads slip away and barley surviving they will eventually get burned with that style of play.

Hermantown took advantage of every EP lapse. Sorry to say but EP looks like a disorganized mess. Defensemen out of position, head scratching passes by the forwards, no shot blocking. The coaches need to do much better. Hermantown was a much better coached team. I’m

Said last year was not a fan of the Coaching Hire. Twigs is a great man but wow not sure the right person when it comes to X's and O's why I was so shocked when everyone in EP was so excited about the hire. Team is a mess system wise they just try to out skill you with their big top line which is not getting it done vs better teams so far. Paging Lee Smith ?

I only was there for the 2nd & 3rd periods, but kind of agree with this assessment. Seemed like it was even hockey with no team better than the other, perhaps even EP with more chances. But a chance for HT or mistake by EP & the puck was in the back of the net.

I too was not a fan of this hire.. Great guy and has tried to get involved with the youth program, which is a welcome change. But also would’ve much preferred a tough minded coach solid on the X’s and O’s…

As someone looking from the outside, is this really different than Smith? From my view, it seems like it's always been how EP's been; simply try to out-talent the other team, perhaps having a chance to win a few more times than what they have....

I will admit that I don't know what I'm talking about.....Some actual knowledge is appreciated.
