Class AA QF - Cretin Derham-Hall vs #2 Maple Grove

Maple Grove defeated Cretin on De 27th 6-3. That is the only tourney team Cretin has faced. Maple Grove is 5-0 vs the field but did not play Edina or Minnetonka but did beat Andover twice.

What a fun one to start. Probably the most combined high-end talent of any of the quarterfinal games. Neither team plays what I would call a lockdown style. This should have some get up and go. Not to mention a quality uniform contrast.

Maple Grove beat Edina 2-0 the first game of the year in the Turkey Trot. The Hornets were missing Jackson Nevers and Caden Morgan.

A bit surprised CDH didn’t get the 5 seed . Anyway, They have a couple stud Dman who can matchup angles and space well against Brink. MG is missing a 2nd line solid F . But the Crims are deep and just beat a very good Rogers team , so go with them here

Giuliani who you are referencing as missing second line forward? I know he didn’t play in section final game. Is he out for tourney?
