Updated to note ties.

I'm looking at adding Sports Illustrated's rankings next season to help shake out some of these ties that have occurred this year. This aggregate ranking system is a continual work in progress.

Thanks. I like how the results turned out overall. Difficult to objectively argue about teams being ranked incorrectly.

While I think Bemidji could easily replace the others and maybe 8 to 10, it still gives a nice look at rankings.

Just what all is being aggregated?
