Do you really care as long as they make sense? Do you really care if every word is spelled correctly, etc. as long as they are making sense? Some like to just make comments to stir things up, some ignore the smart *** comments and just talk hockey sense....MANY just justify their teams without giving the others credit......Many will just trump up their team without the team ethics, but....

I prefer talkin' hockey and the kids.............and they are just kids, yet! I'd prefer talkin' kids and hockey...not a spelling bee.

This has nothing to do with spelling. Some people simply need to be informed that for communication purposes on the internet, all caps are reserved for yelling. Also it's annoying to the eyes to see all caps.

I've given up on correct spelling, much less proper grammar. It apppears that my assumption of basic English skills being required by seventh or eighth grade was too lofty, yes?

Some posts remind me of the M*A*S*H* episode when Charles became addicted to speed and typed up a paper in the middle of the night. Hawkeye, after proofreading it, said something like "Charles, it's twenty pages and one long sentence!"

Lee
____________
Message Board arsonist since 2005
