After winning last night - they became the only HS in Minnesota to win state in all four major sports!<br><br>If they win their section in basketball (two <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--><em>very </em><!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->easy games to go) and when they make it in baseball (as they do every year) they will have been in all state tournies. (2nd place in football, champs in hockey thusfar)<br><br>Can any other school claim such great accomplishments in the four major sports throughout MN history? <p></p><i></i>

It seems that most states have a Catholic school or other private school that is right up there in the hunt when it is tourney time and can contend for and win championships. Is CDH becoming or have they become that school in Minnesota? How do they do in other sports such as Golf? Tennis? Track & Field? Girls Sports?<br><br>Are there other private schools in the state that can and will challenge them across the sports spectrum?<br> <p></p><i></i>

no private (or public) schools can compete across the board. while they certainly arent "the best" year after year, they are always in contention for that title. <p></p><i></i>

they are the only school to ever win all four titles. all of them have been at least since the 1990s, but in terms of history of the MSHSL - they are the only school to win all four. <p></p><i></i>

Looks like you can forget about CDH going to state in basketball this year. They lost their "very easy" section final. <p></p><i></i>

Edina has, in a sense.<br><br>Edina West won one of those titles, but it's still Edina, then they merged, so to say CDH has is a little questionable. Plus, schools have won in all 4 major sports other than these 2. They just have won in girl basketball.
