So how do you rate your coaching? is it worth staying for or is your family on the side that thinks Russ has worn out his welcome? <p></p><i></i>

So what do you think the problem is? Do you think he just doesn't care about the success any more seen as how is kids are done? Or to much pressure from parents who think they should be in the State Tournament every year? Who will they bring in......former Alumni? (who's kid plays) <p></p><i></i>

Oh I dunno, the talent level has dropped in Hastings, but will be up again for varsity for the next 2 years, then back down again. I can't think if anyone they could bring in except for Mitch Horsch, who in my opinion, is one of the best coaches I've ever had.
