Have away people, game time t-minus 236 minutes and counting.

I know the concensus is that this seems like it'll be a close game, but I don't think AHA has the goaltending to defend the offensive barrage the Cougars can and will make look routine. Hill Murray's got beaten only by 1 goal because Fangel's awesome. I'm thinking this one is going to be high scoring. 6-4 Centennial wins.

I'm getting PUMPED! Go Cougars!

Well I will be the first to disagree with you. AHA's goaltending will be strong enough for the task. Remember we smoked HM, and not in the first week of the season. AHA has the fire power to match any team in the state and will show everyone today. Both teams are good and the game should be a whopper. Win or lose my boys are number 1 in my book!
GO STARS
<img src=

I agree with Zamman, although Centennial is favored I think AHA has what it takes to beat them. I'm going to give this game to the Stars.

you can give whatever you want

Well, I, along with every other Cent. fan, will have to say that it's a good thing MN Hockey Dude can't give games away. And lord knows Centennial won't give AHA anything.

In the games I've seen, Centennial's forwards just plain outwork the opposing defense. They beat them to the puck consistenly. And, their defense is very offensive, never hesitating to step up and put one on net. (reference: Craig Henry soph. D's game winner against HM, RJ Anderson, JR D with 80 points)

Should be a good one. I really hope both teams show up to play! Sticking with 6-4 Centennial.

I'll agree with formercentennialgoalie and look for the centennial pressure to get the job done. Too many weapons when the stakes are the highest with this club. I don't think they'll let AHA get the quick start they did in the Schwann Cup championship game. If the Cougars jump out, they're awesome D will keep the game under control. Any way you cut it, this should be a very good game. I get the impression that many AHA fans are putting a ton of pressure on one player (who is admittedly a great player). If he dissappoints early I predict the panic sets in and the Cougars never look back. The more I've watch Centennial, the more amazed I am on how many weapons they have offensively. I predict a big game for Ryan Flynn and Greg Montgomery (12 & 10). Gorowsky, RJ Anderson and Greg Flynn are always a factor, but I have a hunch the second line is key in this game for the cougars. I'm packing my cameras and heading out now!

it's the waiting...

that kills me! Just drop the puck! You think they're warming up yet? We need a streaming webcam on this game, I know about the 10 second refresh POS, but we need a bonafide streamer! Centennial will bring the heat! The Stars are more within reach than ever to win the Consolation. (p.s. Watched Warroad/Orono last night...how insulting to have to even lace up the skates and play consolation. Playing for 5th would be pretty unmotivating.)

DROP THE PUCK!!!!!!!! (so Cent. can score 1:00 into the game already)
