wut makes duluth's team so good ? ... cuz everyone says that there so good but lots of the kids that there coach wanted are playing for carlton .... and from wut ive heard there top players are no weres near carltons best and we r a B team ... ? <p></p><i></i>

What makes them so good?<br><br>3/4 of the team is made up of players that have played JV/Varsity.......Carlton has 2......<br><br>blondboy16 - you are starting to talk a lot of smack. You won 3 games in tournament. Congratulations! But if you and your teammates continue talking smack, I hope you fall. I gave you and your team a lot of credit for playing A teams and competing but my thoughts and support about Carlton are dwindling.<br><br>Your 2 players can compete with A players but remember, that is only 2 out of 15 skaters.<br><br>Not to take anything away from Jr. Gold B, but why wouldn't top players want to play at the highest league?<br><br>PS. There is only two kids the Duluth coach wanted, they rest where cut or he did not have an interest in! <p></p><i></i>

we played carlton in the moorehead A tourney it wasnt pretty <p></p><i></i>

i dont mean this to talk smack .... and im sorry if i am ... but the main reason i started talking on this thing is because one of my friends found this thing and told me about how much teams were talking smack about us .... so im just trying to show that we r not that bad ..... and also we have 9-10 kids on our team that have played JV - Varsity hockey for Denfeld / Cloquet .........and denfeld and cloquet r 2 very good hockey programs to in HS and the duluth coach asked more then 2 kids to play for him tho. <p></p><i>Edited by: <A HREF=http://p074.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... boy2516</A> at: 2/10/05 12:36 pm<br></i>

If you have been around as long as I have you know a lot about associations, board members, teams, coaches, and what they have to offer in this league.<br><br>Hawks (If you don't mind me calling you this) but you played High school hockey for 3 years and really have no concept of what JG hockey is and the community that is created between board members, coaches, and players. <br>The comments that I have stated are true for every association that creates and A team and a B team. get involved with an association and you will know what is involved. <br><br>Its funny you mention Duluth and lakeville in this thread. I know all the coaches for both teams. I know all the coaches for Minnetonka, EP, Edina, Mounds View, ANoka, Wayzata, WBL, OSseo, Forest Lake, Moorhead, Superior (even though they are Wisc.), Grand Forks, Watertown, Pierre, Sioux Falls, and ETC. I have a connection with everybody... <p></p><i></i>

anyone know if lakeville and duluth played cuz i think lakeville would stomp them, lakeville is a really good team and i saw duluth play tonight and they dont look that special <p></p><i></i>

Here is the other game of Duluth v. Lakeville<br><br>Play by Play by Lakveill JGA playa<br><br>long game... final score was 6-4 duluth won. with 2 minutes left in third period lakeville was down 5-3 pulled the goalie duluth got one so it was 3-6, then lakeville got one with about 30 seconds left 4-6. there was an end of the game open netter right at the buzzer but im not sure if it counted it so it was 7-4 <p></p><i></i>

wow well i guess we will see how good duluth is tomorrow should be a good game depending how are goaltending does <p></p><i></i>

i also think the game will be good, but if duluth plays how they did yesterday i think we will have the upper hand, but then i think about our goalie. hes really bad, but im sure every one knows that now, but he dosn't normaly paly goalie he plays forword but we really needed one and he volenteered so i give him credit for coming to every one of our games. <p></p><i></i>
