Eagleshockey9. I understand an old Bloomington skating buddy of mine, Gordie Roberts, treated your team to a practice session the other night. Hopefully you learned a thing or two! Hats off to Gordie for helping out with Clarke and Cass. He was probably eyeing the three senior players cut by EP last fall and quietly thanking the EP coaching staff for letting them go to play in the Junior A league! From what I hear without those three players the EP "A" team would be hardpressed to be #1 in the rankings.

Another skating buddy from Bloomington, John Walker, said his son Ben, a EP senior, declined to play on your A team due to the possibility of re-injuring his shoulder. If Ben had opted to play on your team, wow, watch out! Solid player. Great skater.

By the way my boys are climbing in the rankings and are not to far from your team. Good luck.

Yea Gordie came out to help...It was good for our team I had done Tri-Star a couple times so i already knew him and i knew how helpful he can be...Ben would have been a great player to have a couple of us on the team have played with him for a while...Hes a great playmaker and a very smart hockey player...He is also a great baseball player (better baseball player than hockey) so that is a big reason he chose not to play...I hope to see you guys again its always a fun game! Thank you and Good luck to you guys down the final stretch of the season!

yea moundsview will definetly be a tougher game then when we played you guys with half our team hung over in the WBl tourney...if we had a decent goalie that game would have been over so fast....i think u guys had like 10 shots on us...
