Is team midwest fielding any teams this year or is the program folding?

I heard they are folding. not sure if it was due to lack of players
or if they couldnt get sanctioned.

I believe sanctioning is an issue and the 94 team from last year will filter back to their associations.

If Team Midwest cannot get santioned which will in effect fold the program- how is the Fire able to get sanctioned?

The reason that they lost thier sanctioning is because the leadership was poor. Stu Ronsberg who the the head guy is kind of a loose cannon. As a coach he has been kicked out of more game than any other coach in youth hockey history.

The real reason they lost their sanction is: that to be sanctioned in Wiscnonsin you must have a certain percentage of your ice time (practice) in the state of Wisconsin. Which they didn't even come close to achieving. So Wisconsin pulled their sanctioning. I have heard that they are working on getting sanctioned in North Dakota, but I don't know the results of that.

My lil bro played fer the 94s last year and stu is knda a crazy coach but the way he coaches the kids makes them work, and the reason they were not sanctioned was because of not enoughice in Wis.
