I'm surprised nobody started this yet but who should play Gordie Howe in the upcoming movie about his career and the WHA?

Thanks ER.
He has been in a lot of good movies. He was the flight controller in Apollo 13. He also played John Glenn in the TV miniseries The Right Stuff.
But wait, is Karl Malden available?
