Does anyone know if Minnetonka has any games this week? I know DM doesn't, so they should be well rested.

Marshall is much better than people think, but I hear that Bob Gutsch will not be playing this game because he is taking his ACT's on saturday. Thats a big loss for Marshall so we will have to see how it turns out

Marshall hasn't yet shown this season they are much better than people think. They got dominated by STA in the 2nd and 3rd periods and OT and beat a Cretin team down a top player. PS2 has them losing to Minnetonka and so do I.
Tonka 5-3

How were they dominated in OT, i was at the game and it was played extremly tight, i might even have to say DM played better because they had many more scoring oppurtunities....and a tie is a tie, it doesnt matter who did what in what period.

Well, they had more scores OPPORTUNITIES. Not goals. Yes, a tie is a tie as I've put many times on this topic, but I'm analyzing the team and discussing why I think they will lose. After Crandall and the defense woke up the Toppers were helpless. If Minnetonka has any kind of defense they will be again.

Minnetonka got beat by Duluth East on Thursday 7 to 3, but outshot the Hounds 32-22. Defense is on obvious issue for the Skippers and could haunt them against the Toppers.

That's a lot of scoring in the second. Consistent with what I expected. Should be close to end of the game...
