Do the composite sticks really give the bang for the buck? If so which ones? If not which ones suck?
Please tell brand and flex.
I used an original stealth and broke it in 12 days got the replacement and broke that. I also snapped a Si-Core. Now i use a two piece stick wondering if i should switch back.
Is wood the way to go?

i would not use a composite if you paid me. i am just a goalie but i have seen onw kid on my team go through about $2000 in sticks since the summer started. If you are breaking sticks that easy you might as well save money and buy a boat load of woods.
sorry i didnt follow what you wanted as far as flex and that stuff.

well i used tps and easton and they always broke on me... so then i swithed to bauer and got the vapor xxx lite and i broke 1 after 7 months and the other after 4 (102 flex). i felt they were the best stick i ever used. now they have the bauer one 90 one 70 and one 40? i baught a one 90 ive used it for 3 games and i like it even better. (87 flex) so try a one 90 or a one 70 i think you wont be dissapointed.

Has anybody had a stick repaired with the new technology rather than
just tossing it out?
