I hope it was a joke that Centennial got a vote. If they win than this years hockey season will become the biggest joke. Centennial is doing so bad that they don't even send their scores to mshsl.org anymore....Centennial winning it all hahaha

I think this one is gonna be a replay of the 04-05 state championship.

Question...How is AHA ranked so high? They have only beat Minnetonka and it was 4-1. Otherwise they have played Farmington and Hutchinson..two teams that can hardly be considered contenders for a .500 season

AHA is going to score power play goals on Moorhead? Moorhead has scored more goals shorthanded this year than they have given up

by stars612
And have they played anyone with the amount of scoring power that AHA has? Don't think so. By the way, AHA hasn't played anyone yet because they started their season 2 weeks later than Moorhead. Its just a prediction there chief... you have yours and we have ours. Personally I don't understand why we are even arguing over the championship game when we don't know that either team will be there. Lets get through round 1 first.

P.S. Remember how the Stars were going to get stomped by the Spuds last time? Oh yeah...

I wish Moorhead was in the top bracket and playing Roseville or AHA....
The Spuds play the other five teams in their regular schedule.
AHA over Roseville
East over Hill
Moorhead over Centennial
WBL over Jefferson
East over AHA
Moorhead over WBL
Moorhead over East

East will feed off of AHA inability to play game on back to back days, lack of game experience, and competition for the year.

I better put something here

Roseville is over-rated and this tournament will prove that. They have yet to play a good team, Mayo, Centennial, Century, Mounds View, Wayzata, Park, and Woodbury are certainly not high caliber teams. This tournament will really prove how good they really are by playing some of the best teams in the state.

Just out of curiosity, how does AHA have an "inability" to play back to back games? Just because they haven't doesn't mean they can't.

You called it the loser bracket, that's funny

Remember the consolation champ has the same record as the 2nd place team...

The not high caliber Centennial team outshot your boys by ten and took took them to overtime last night. Roseville crushed Centennial. In spite of your expert opinion, Roseville is not overrated.

Roseville is not overrated, but Centenial is playing much better hockey than they did agianst roseville. I don't think you can overlook any of the teams in the Schawann's cup.
