Duluth Denfeld is hosting St. Cloud Cathedral in a big match-up in section 2A tonight (Friday, December 22nd) at the DECC. I guess last years match-up in St. Cloud got a little chippy, but both teams have played some strong hockey so far in 2006. Thoughts or predictions on this game?

DD 2

This will be a physical game, whether DD likes it or not. DD is going to see a very different SCC team than last year, which SCC also won. DD will need to show speed and not mind taking a hit for this game to be close.

On Tuesday someone started a thread for the Cloquet vs Denfeld game and somebody posted something along the lines of, "Is this seriously a thread?"

After the game was over the final was 4-1 and the guy came back and deleted his comment.. Let's see if you do the same after Denfeld takes home a W tonight.

DD is going to gas SCC. They have a lot of speed this year and are looking very solid.

DD is overlooked by a lot of people, people are looking at Jake Johnson as their only good forward, but DD has two solid lines, they only have one set of defensemen, but Kolquist is playing very well, it should be a good game.

SCC-2
