yeah i heard about that to moorhead just took it to them at one time they were up 5-1 or 5-2

Moorhead did come out of the gates fast, 4-1 after the first period. Brainerd looked tired! It looked to me like Brainerd made a couple of changes and got back in this one. Fun game to watch.

Spoke to someone about the Brainerd team. Their weekend went as follows:
Brainerd 5 Alexandria 2
Brainerd 7 Fargo Flyers 1
Moorhead 5 Brainerd 4
Brainerd 8 Detroit Lakes 2
Rumors of illness after Fargo game due to arena fumes or something of the sort.

Brainerd did look very tired the first period. Many kids were sick the night before. I give them credit for coming back 3 goals down to a solid Moorhead team. March should prove very interesting!
