I'm looking for names of some of the top major squirts in the metro area. Who are the top teams - players?

You'll need to specify North, East, South, or West.

The date is the second weekend in April, Fri-Sun, and it is a trip to Winnipeg.

I'd go scouting in Bloomington on Saturday. There a SQA tourney with a lot of top teams. The only two missing are Edina and Elk River. Games start at 9 am Saturday then again at 4:30.

Hey Mr. XXXXXX,
You may want to see if Bernie's teams are going up there, if not, maybe he will let you borrow some.
You might want to check with the Blades , Icemen, and Predators too.
What a wonderful way to advertise 10 and 11 yr. olds.
Good luck.

Seen a kid from Roseau play in a tourney in Fargo. I believe his name was Alex Strand. He lit the Fargo Flyers up for 5 goals. The kid looked amazing out there. Spoke with some Roseau people and was told he plays like that every game.

Thanks for the input. I have seen and know of a few of these kids. The event is a round robin with Win. Jr. Jets and Moose. Just a one weekend, four game set and then the players will scatter to their summer teams. This is just after the Selects & Super Series. Thanks again.

AS from Roseau is also a PeeWee. In fact, all these kids listed play PeeWee A hockey. Not sure about the Eagan kids listed...

The original post was from 2 years ago. Edinahornetkid brought it back out. So that is why all these kids are now 2nd year peewees.

From watching the North St.
Paul tourney, I saw 2 kids that stood out. One was Joey Anderson for Roseville and the other was Cade Borchardt from Burnsville.

If you are really looking for kids to go to winnepeg in the spring contact the Burnsville Squirt A coach.. He is from the Peg and would probably take his kid back home to play.
