If Tartan isn't the top D2 BA team, then who is?

MV,stillwater, and WB are also good teams. all of them have the ability to beat tartan

i think white bear has proven they do not have potential to beat many of the top teams this year.

we just cant seem to keep a lead or play all 3 periods. we have blown up to 3 goal leads against top teams at the end of games or in the third period....

. we outplayed tartan the last game but we couldnt bury a puck on their goalie...who is very good by the way.

WB isnt bad. i play for mv and we played bad the first time we played them and i dont think WB was on there top game the 2nd time we played them. if both of us were on the top of our game it wud be an amazing game same thing with tarten and stillwater. i cant wait for playoffs to see what happens 4 good times battling for 2 spots

I hear alot of comments that a team ouplayed another team and only lost because of a strong goalie
But, here's a thought - would you agree?
"A good goalie is only as good as the defensive play in front of him"
Communication, clearing the puck , allowing few slot shots, screens, etc...

i do agree but we also couldnt bury the puck and that wasnt necessarily because it was a good goalie...that was mostly our fault for not being stronger on our sticks and putting it away. but i do totally agree with your last post

very close run between the top 4 places i can't remember the exact standings though.
HEP points are killing tartan. see the standings and see what i mean.

Okay guys...I think he's really asking, Who is the best A Bantam team in District 2 starting with the letter
T and ending with the letter N?
As of 1/25:
1)WBL 8-5-0 24points
2)MV 7-3-0 22points
3)SW 7-3-0 21points
T3)TN 8-8-1 21points
Seems to me the answer to his question on 1-25 is WBL, followed by MV. The standings don't lie.

pucknuts a little dislexic?
only one loss for tartan in d2 according to d2 web
plus reporting of games is behind - 3 behind wbl
hep hurt tartan with 4 ponts behind wbl and 3 behind mv
mv will likely end up #1 and tartan #2 based on totals with hep

any of the four top teams in district 2 (mv,wb,tartan, and stillwater) can beat each other on any day. It will be a close race to the end and according to d2 website, tartan is in the lead with 26 pts and then mv with 25 then wb 24 and stillwater 22. Should be a great finish cant wait to see what happens
