I left in non-MN teams that have played at least two games vs. MN teams and against others who have. I will probably raise the requirement to at least 3 games as the season progresses. My program starts all teams with some equal arbitrary value and then adjusts them all recursively based on game scores until the lowest cumulative error between expected scores and actual scores is reached (convergence). The Total column is in goal units and the difference in this value between any two teams is the predicted goal differential for a game played at a neutral site between those two teams. A teams Total value only has meaning in relation to other teams in the same list (i.e. Totals cannot be compared from one week to the next). * signifies teams that have only two games included in the rankings, and --- indicates teams that only have one game score included in the rankings.
