Hawks 6, Rogers 2. Although similar records, I'm not sure Rogers has the goaltending or the discipline to handle Htowns pressure. Wish I was there to watch but have to settle for Duluth East this afternoon.

Only if WBL doesn't play their first line the whole game, FL might have a chance.

1A Hermantown, 1B EGF & 1C Breck. I can't say Hermantown has been tested more than once so far. All 3 appear fairly equal at this early point in the season with EGF seemingly having the most talented team. It will be interesting to circle back on all 3 teams on January 1.

Congratulations to all that were selected! It always interests me when these teams are named and the debate that follows. So I can't help myself from joining in with the question on how Gersich was not on one of the 3 teams? Did they come out with the list of honorable mention this year as in the pa...

Congratulations to young Mr. Novak, quite a honor and accomplisment! Such a talent and will be fun to watch his progress in the future. I'm still recovering from the dagger he put in my heart a week ago. Good luck young man!

I don't see why Randolph wouldn't be back for the 2013-14 season. DE will be solid once again. Their bantan A teams were very strong the past two years and had a few sophs get a taste of varsity and contribute this season. Consistency at goalie may be the only question. In 7AA next year, I see Elk R...

Congrats to AV for posting the first upset in AA. I had a chance to see Cretin play a few weeks back vs WBL and it was a great game to watch. Whalin was fantastic and Cretin looked very solid. What surprised me was how young both teams were. Sounds like sicksauce23 had a bad experience with Cretin a...

I see only 2 potential upsets tonight: FL over Cloquet - I feel for the Cloquet seniors who have had to deal with a parent(s) issue leading up to what my be their last game. Andover over ER - Andover (goalie) appears to be playing better as of late and ER may be looking past this game.

Can anyone help with the correct game time for the WBL game, 7 or 7:30? I see it is at Cretin but have seen conflicting times. This seems like a good game to catch while I'm in town.

East and Elk River, are a solid 1 and 2 respectively. East played a solid game last night on WBL's home turf which is always a tough place to come away with a "W'. Whalin is special! The 3rd line appears to be the missing link for East to walk away with the section. After those two teams, it ap...

This was not a fun game to sit and watch whether you were a Htown or DD fan. Not a lot of prime hockey played last night except for DD golalie Thompson. Very undiciplined and unfocused play on Htowns part which cost them the chance to win.

Although I was in Alex at the PWAs it would have been nice to see how Andover's young lady goalie fared this weekend. 3-2 OT loss to Edina? Anyone know if she was in goal all 3 games? Quite a story! Today I see, ER over Prior Lake in a very close physical game by 1 goal. The Prior Lake/OMG game was awesome which leads me to believeit may have taken too much out of Prior Lake. Hermantown over EP by 2 in another great game, yes I'm biased. Htown's pressure wears down the EP defense sliding a pair ...
