Cretin-Derham Hall @ Brainerd
Which team will triumph? Cretin's coming off a rivalry win while Brainerd is coming off a home loss to Fergus Falls.
It depends on what Brainerd decides to do. If they come out and play like they did in Fergus, then the game could get out of hand (in Cretin's favor). But Brainerd has had 5 days to rest three of its key injured players:
Landon Snider (G): ulcers in his left eye made him virtually blind in that eye
Jared Hoppe (D): Sprained his wrist
Drew Olson (D): Suffered a case of pneumonia
If Brainerd plays like they have vs. their big section rivals (Elk River and Grand Rapids), then the game will be decided by a goal either way. I believe the game depends on what mentality Da Warriors come with; the game is theres for the taking.

Thats what the score would imply.nhl06 wrote:In Brainerd, our "basketball" announcers that make up our hockey announcers were not on the air for this game, will someone please give a breakdown of how the game went? How played well? Did Cretin really play 3 goals better then Brainerd?

Because everyone knows it. Chris even said it himself in an interview on FSNcapt wrote:Why would you tell every hockey player that he has to play exact location of his injury, better to say lower body.HShockeywatcher wrote:PCL injury, probably first game after Schwan Cup. They said January at the beginning of the season.
Thanks for the sarcastic comment when all someone wants to know is a more in-depth look at the game. As you can see from the break-down, Brainerd kept it close and even outshout CDH 8-3 second period. So the game was close until the end, and you obviously cant say that without seeing or hearing a break-down of the game.stars612 wrote:Thats what the score would imply.nhl06 wrote:In Brainerd, our "basketball" announcers that make up our hockey announcers were not on the air for this game, will someone please give a breakdown of how the game went?
