Hell of a game by the Hounds, never quit, fought hard, went punch for punch with St. Thomas.

They wanted it more and they deserved to win, hats off to Randolph and the Hounds.

What can you say about this East team?

Three games in a row they had no business winning

It looked like STA just made lazy play after lazy play, really a shame. I would have liked to see them play Edina.

There's just something SO RIGHT about Edina & Duluth East playing at Xcel on a Friday Night!

Best looking jersey combination match-up ever (the jerseys, whether it's Edina white vs. East black or the Hounds white vs. the Hornet green)....it looks just so spectacular out there!

I'm excited!

Welcome to the AA State Tourney STA

HELL of a comeback by DE...they have a horseshoe hanging out of their Arse...to go along with their 4 leaf clovers...combined with a bit of a CHOKE job by STA.

Don't think either team played exceptionally well from a technical perspective today, East will have to be much more crisp to beat Edina.

DE's effort and grit wasn't matched today by the boys in blue and that's why the Hounds are moving on.

I don't think anyone is complaining about an Edina vs East semi though, should be an exciting contest.

I would never expect a total collapse like that out of a St. Thomas team. Obviously they are not in that type of situation often. Hats off to Duluth East - never quit

I'm so sad that the 3AA representative got knocked out in the QF's.

Right...who am I'm kidding... \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/

Congratulations, Duluth East. No Marriucci for you!

Fun fact...last year in the 3AA Section Finals, STAA had a 2-0 lead before they gave up 3 unanswered plus the en. Does two points make a trend?

Another game I only got to see a few minutes of. You have to give East a lot of credit.

Each win lessens the sting of that section semi final in Duluth.

Friday night game should be awesome.

Unbelievable comeback. Hats off to the Hounds. Such an entertaining game beginning to end. There's a few more people and the lights are a little brighter on Thursday's, eh St. Thomas? Haha!
I need ER vs BJ from 2002 State Quarterfinals. PM me.
