Gophs won 3-2. They were trailing 2-1 going into the 3rd, when Guyer scored his first goal of the year 10 seconds in. Then, Irmen was taken down on a "breakaway," and was awarded a penalty shot, on which he scored. It was a very questionable call, as he did not appear to have 2 steps on the Badger that was trailing him. Gophers outplayed the Badgers most of the game, but as usual, Bruckler kept Sconnie in the game. I'm not sure on the shot total, but MN appeared to outshoot them by a wide margin.

P.S. Unless you want to face the wrath <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/wink.gif ALT=";)"> of Mitch or Lee, keep the non-high school hockey discussions in the cafe. Just some friendly advice.
Scheids
(A legend in his girlfriend's mind.)
