2008 Minnesota Twins

Post by goldy313 »

The season is now underway, a 7-5 win over Concordia-St. Paul puts the Twins at 1-0 for spring training. I could go on and on about only beating Concordia 7-5 but geez, what a great memory for the Concordia kids. Kudos for the Twins for playing them.

I fly down a week from Sunday for spring training, I can't wait. A great 2 weeks of vacation, the state hockey tournament followed by a week in Ft. Myers, winter is over!!!

When the Twins play college teams they usually switch pitchers don't they? They have the Twins pitchers go against the Twins and vice versa.

No. Concordia roughed up one of our acquisitions in the Santana trade pretty good.

Do you think they'd let us trade back?

Twins go to 0-3 in the Grapefruit League, I'll be curious to see what kind of guy Delmon Young is on this club and in this clubhouse now that Santana and Hunter are gone.
