I see that Robbinsdale Armstrong is looking for a new coach. What happened to their last coach and how is the youth program there, can someone turn it around ?

Their last coach resigned late in the week. He has been teaching in Eden Prairie and lives in the SW Metro so I am sure that had something to do with it. Also, hard to follow a legend and keep everyone happy. The parent organization is pretty strong at Armstrong.

The youth program while fairly strong in how they play and measure up, has certainly dropped off in numbers. There has been speculation that they may merge with Cooper at some youth levels. Whether that would strengthen the program is debatable. It is definately a larger problem than coaching. <img src= ... s/pimp.gif ALT=":hat">
