I like what I see in him. He is the closest thing to a Bud Grant type that we have had around here. <br><br>He comes off as confident and professional.... like he knows what he is doing. <br><br>He has a lot of big game experience.<br><br>I think if he gets the talent, he will win. <p></p><i></i>
