both hill and white bears home arena. aldrich arena. on white bear avenue. 7 30 or 8...not 100 percent sure. but get there early, it will fill up quick.

also, white bear looked very strong tonight playing forest lake, they won 10-0. it gives them alot of confidence coming into the big game. i take white bear in a close one. 4-3

I like that WBL won 10-0 tonight. Now they'll be over-confident playing a down Hill team that lost an ugly game a week ago. Hill should be a 4 goal underdog, but I think they'll keep it close...

HM is the home team and the game is at 8.

Hill takes this one, 2-0 after 1 3-1 after 2 5-2 after 3 so 5-2 Hills first line will have there best game so far this season

Anyone know what's up w/ Ryan Furne? He has had no points in the last 3 games.

No goals or assists...

Had a good game against Tartan with lots of shots attempted but many were blocked by the d-men. Also missed on a great chance pushing it just wide. I see him getting 2 against WBL

Most schedules show WB as home team, Hill was home team last year.

Furne

After a 4 point game against Park, Furne went 2 games without a point before tallying an assist in last nights win.

I wonder if they saved any goals for the Hill game.

White Bear Lake's schedule on the Suburban East Conference website says away vs H-M. H-M is honoring their 1983 Undefeated team at the game and I doubt they could do that if they weren't the home team.

[quote="hockyman08"]After Hill loses to SSP tonight, there is no way they will lose 3 in a row.

Just Kidding.

Can this really still be considered a rival game?

To generate interest in this game, Hill has to resort to bringing back the only team ever to go undefeated in a year when all teams were eligible to play in the big tournament!

WBL-HM is still easily the biggest rivalry in the metro. You have to go to the game before you say it isn't a rivalry anymore. Aldrich is packed at 6:00 every year for the 8:00 start time.

Aldrich will be packed. I think that fits the definition of interest. Hill fans were talking big at section time last year when the Bears out played them for most of the game before losing on a late goal. I still say it was the curse of Lechner's hideous green Ronald McDonald sweater. If Colette plays like he did against Park this will be a blowout. They need a huge night from Owen if they want to pull the "mild" upset in this one.
