Yeah, I just call 'em all Cretin. Saves keystrokes.

Start naming names...
Jefferson goalie in 92 & 93 Randy Koeppel I believe was an east side Bloomington kid. He may have come from Minnetonka before then as well. I do know he was there on Jefferson's awesome Bantam A team in 89-90, which only lost 1 game in the national final.
Ben Clymer played Squirt A's for Kennedy, but was over with Jefferson Pee Wee A's 2 years later.
Early enough moves that I don't find it a big deal. The rest as far as I know were all west side Bloomington guys. A machine from Squirts all the way to the Civic Center....
As far as Edina East-Edina West, I'm guessing it wasn't as common...there was enough talent on both sides of the city to probably have a 3rd team.

Expecting the game to be close tomorrow.
I am not expecting the crowds to be close in size tomorrow.
What did TG have for fans... 20?
I was hoping Orono would win. They brought a very nice crowd with them to their games.

Anybody ever been to a game where two different pucks break in half?
Never seen that before today

TG leading 2-1 after 2 periods. TG dominating play, outshooting Luverne now 28-17. Luverne coaching better fire the team up between periods to turn this much of a momentum swing away from TG.

I chirped them before the state tourney just to get under the skin of some of these crazy fans...but man, I came away very impressed. They've got kids with D-1 potential and play an exciting brand of hockey. Definitely a team I want to see more of. Hopefully all their guys stick around and this run gets them a couple better teams on the schedule. Getting a little more battle tested could make this team scary in the future.

Of course this means nothing now, but does anyone believe Luverne should have been seeded after seeing them compete? I think they were at least the 4th-5th best team there. Kendall Meyer was easily the best goalie in the Class A State Tournament, IMO...very good goalie.

Doesn't matter, like you said.
They just lost to the 5 seed so.... can't really say they should have been seeded.
But you can say that everyone thinks Totino is a team Luverne doesn't belong on the same ice as. Proved the haters wrong.
