the numbers on the back of Marshall's Jerseys look tiny. Could be because Brecks are big but I don't think so

nope. 7-0 St. Thomas academy and clock stopping. I thought that was the case for state games.

There apparently was a tweet from the MSHSL, running time does not apply to TV games. That also confirms what I had thought I've seen at state.
