Lakeville and RAVE need to step up and play A?
Lakeville used to have an A and A B team. However, after the addition of the new high school they went to a B team. Each of high schools takes about 40 kids. Only about 12 kids come out for Jr. Gold, then they go get kids (especially goalies) that haven't played for awhile to fill out the team. Wood...

Check the MSHSL policy, players can play after the third violation after completing treatment. But some schools, like Lakeville South, don't apparently need to follow the MSHSL policy. MN High School League 3. Third and Subsequent Violations: After confirmation of the third or subsequent violations,...

Do you know if they make a distinction between an athlete participating in treatment or not when it comes to the consequences?

How to get more playing Jr. Gold?
Ever year some players that get cut from high school teams quit playing hockey.
How can we get more players to play Jr. Gold?
Some associations have Jr. Gold tryout or clinics before the high school tryouts. Does that help and how does it work?
Any suggestions?

JGB Scores 07-08
Do the teams Lakeville beat have an A team? Maybe, it doesn't explain much. Lakeville has two high schools with approximately 40 kids play for each school. We don't cut any players and need to beg kids to come out just to have enough to field a team. When we have enough for two teams, we'll be playi...
