Things change over time...people change. I am not going to go into detail as this is not the place. I was simply stating my opinion and over time, people will figure it out. It looks like some already have.

When you're dealing with Eigner, anything goes...he could care less about anyone else around him. Eventually some at North will see through his intents and say something. And no, I don't have a high school player, or a Lakeville player for that matter, just familiar with the situation.

Also take into consideration a district like D8 who currently has 8 AA and 4 A teams as of last season. We do not play a separate AA or A district league schedule, rather play all amongst each other. So by teams going AA/A in D8, essentially you'd have AA teams playing their own A teams possibly.

Fred's a clown...he posted on one of my PWAA team's games this year and was so far off on the actuality of the game it wasn't funny. Edina does not get beat...simple as that. Fred has his "homers"..maybe they bought him that hat :) Love the write ups Fred, but get your facts straight and m...

Sorry, but there's no way WBL beats Edina. WBL has a couple really nice players, but Edina has 15 of them. Our SQA team has played both teams...beat WBL and got blown out by Edina. Edina wins that game by 6 minimum (like they've beaten almost every other team this year). No knock on WBL as they are ...

3rd Place game at A level:

Rosemount 5
Elk River 1

Nice rebound by Rosemount after their morning game with Edina. Elk River has a very nice team.

Edina was up on EP 1-0 after 1 period in the Championship game.

Does anyone really give two craps about last summer's AAA hockey anymore. How about we talk about the hockey that's going on this winter. If you want to gloat about your kid's Machine experience from last summer, start a new thread that's titled "I live my life vicariously through my 11 yr old ...

I just heard the same story from one of our SQC team managers who was in the room when the Edina parent brought the shirts in and tried to sell them to the Cottage Grove team. She said it was one of the most awkward situations ever...

Funny stuff.

Rosemount- 7 Forest Lake- 1 White Bear won their pool. Burnsville/Highland playing and Farmington/Apple Valley playing. Either Burnsville or Farmington will come out of that pool (although I believe Burnsville has the edge in points and tie breaker). Looks like Prior Lake will be the Wild Card team....

Saturday morning early scores:

Rosemount- 9
Anoka- 1

White Bear Lake- 5
Eastview- 2

Forest Lake- 3
Lakeville North- 2 OT

Forest lake and Rosemount play in the afternoon to decide pool winner.

Anyone have any early game results from Wednesday? It doesn't look like scores are going to be posted anywhere on their website.

Based on OG's score that Forest lake beat Centennial 7-1, I wouldn't leave them in the Top 10. Squirt hockey is always full of surprises...pretty hard to list a Top 10 with nothing to base it off. Edina is obviously gonna be there but I wouldn't be surprised if there's a lot of teams all bunched up...

Ryan Kraft has apparently agreed to join Trent on his staff for the upcoming season. This will be a very good coaching staff that Lakeville North should be excited about. My son has had the opportunity to skate for Trent at the youth level and he is undoubtedly one of the best coaches I have seen on...

Let's make sure we have our facts right here...before you say he is leaving Rosemount high and dry looking for a girl's coach, realize that he was a co-head coach at Rosemount with Josh Hoekstra. Rosemount girls will not be looking for a new head coach...they still have one.

Don't be surprised to see Kraft join Eigner on his staff. They have a good relationship, and I wouldn't doubt one bit that Trent is reaching out to Ryan to have him involved. Trent has a great knowledge of the game, has played and coached at the professional level, and will bring a lot of good thing...

Rosemount will be down this year...all of the PWA team from last year and almost the entire PWB1 team are moving on to Bantams. I believe Farmington is in a similar position, so I don't imagine you will see those two teams in the mix like last year.

It is their better of the two teams playing this weekend. They will do well, but I don't see them beating Lake Superior Stars. That would be my pick for the 00 Invite for sure.
