just a real quick note, it was too much reading for me, so i read a few and a lot of good stuff. one of the greatest coach told me something and has stuck with me. "THERE IS NO PLACE TO HIND ON THE ICE" go out there, play the game -- if they are good enough they will get selected.

I prefer the building programs that most of the northern teams have. Edina and a few others have a very impressive program -- at the youth levels but yet when they get to HS they are good but not quite as good as you would exspect. If you look bad at their youth games. warroad, Grand Rapids, roseau,...
