Edina Green - 4
Jefferson - 0

Closer game than the score shows. Edina outplayed them for the whole game, but wasn't able to break the 1-0 lead with about 5 minutes left. Jefferson seemed to let up then, but both teams were getting chippy near the end, but most of the players handled it well.

I'll clear up the confusion with Austin. Johnny is in 8th grade, and was a first year Bantam. However, he would have been a second year, but because of his age, he was able to stay back a year in hockey and in school. Right now he is repeating 8th grade, and played 3 years of Peewee hockey. He didn'...

I'm not sure that ranking the entire state is valid anymore now that only 32 teams remain in regions. I understand that Minnetonka is better than Minneapolis Park but it doesn't matter anymore. Park is still playing. Therefore I would only look at the teams that remain and rank them. Edina Green Ed...

The Elk River B1 PW team is pretty good would think they might crack the top 20 soon.
I just looked at their website and they look really good. They have a total record of 25-3! Thats pretty dang good. I'm surprised they aren't in the top 20.

I've seen 5 break from 1 team. I even saw 2 break in one day. Every S17 i've seen break was near the bottom of the shaft, just like everyone else.

Reggie wrote:Latest rankings still no love for the North, GR, Moorhead, Duluth, Silver Bay.
Why would grand rapids or moorhead be ranked in the top 20? I'm pretty sure GR just came in 7th place in their own tourney, and Moorhead lost in the championship game to Edina 9-1.
