Received this in an email from the Larson family.

Things are looking much better here today. The doctors are comfortable with his progress. His heart had some minor bruising, but there should be no long term damage to his heart or any other internal organs. No. I think that he was life-flighted to Rochester, but don't know that first-hand. I was at the game, but didn't see exactly what happened. I know that he took a puck, possibly to the chest, then collapsed enroute to the bench. That's all I can say for sure.

Faribault's Alex Larson was seriously injured in this evening's Faribault vs. Winona game. This thread is to give everyone who loves the game the opportunity to take a moment and wish Alex and his family all the best.
